Terms of Service
1. Who we are
Hotel Hotline (hotel-hotline.com) is an independent booking service acting as your agent to reserve hotel accommodation from third-party suppliers. We are not a hotel.
2. Quotes and total price
Before you agree to pay, we quote a total price that includes room charges, taxes, our service fee and any mandatory fees charged by the hotel that are known to us. Any amounts payable directly at the hotel (for example incidentals deposits or optional services) are disclosed on the call and in your confirmation.
3. Payment
We tell you before taking payment whether the rate is paid now or at the hotel. Card payments are processed through a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider.
4. Cancellations and changes
Cancellation and change terms depend on the rate booked and are explained before you pay. See our Cancellation Policy.
5. The hotel stay
The accommodation is provided by the hotel. Room assignment, special requests (such as connecting rooms, views or early check-in) are requests, not guarantees, unless stated otherwise in writing.
6. Recorded calls
Calls may be recorded for quality and training. You will be told at the start of the call.
7. Our service fee
We may charge a service fee for finding and booking your hotel. The amount depends on the booking and is quoted to you on the call before you agree to pay. It is always included in the one total price we give you — we never add it afterwards — and it is shown again in your written confirmation.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and, where consumer protection law requires it, the laws of the state where you live. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.
9. Contact
