Cancellation & Refund Policy

Every rate we book comes with its own cancellation terms, set by the hotel or our supplier. We always explain these before you pay.

• Free-cancellation rates can be cancelled without charge up to the deadline stated in your confirmation.
• Non-refundable rates are usually cheaper but cannot be refunded if cancelled.
• Our service fee is quoted on the call and included in your total price. Whether it can be refunded if you cancel is explained on the call before you pay and stated in your written confirmation.

How to cancel
